Amir Bahrami

Bio

Amir is a penultimate Bachelor of Law (Honours)/Bachelor of Global Studies student at Monash University. Alongside his role at Anika Legal, Amir currently works as a Paralegal at a boutique employment law firm. Upon graduation he'd like to specialise in Employment Law and Workplace Relations, having a keen interests in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for both employees and businesses.

Work at Anika

Amir has been volunteering at Anika Legal for over two years, starting as a Paralegal within our Case Team. Since then he's continued to take on more responsibility - moving into a Paralegal Lead position, before becoming a Paralegal Manager in January 2021. Nowadays he proactively manages our team of Paralegal Leads with compassion and diligence, and plays a critical role in ensuring our Case Team has the resources it requires to run smoothly.

Amir's passion and dedication to his work is unsurpassed. He is a problem solver who looks ahead to identify risks, and preventatively finds solutions by thinking outside of the box to design and implement process improvements. Working with Amir is an absolute delight, and he's an asset to have in any team.

Amir sets a gold-standard for volunteering at Anika.
